    A snuffle mat design to encourage your dog to sniff and forage for their food. 

     

    If your pup is new to snuffle mats place a few pieces of food on top of the mat and let them forage them. If they try to move the mat give your stop command and try again. When they find food without moving the mat praise them for this so they understand they have to forage rather than throw the mat around. Once they've got used to this and arent pulling at the mat itself you can start to hide them further in the fabric t make it more of a challenge.
